Background and Founders

MSJ Capital & Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, a AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, was established in 1994 by Mrs. Monica Jhaveri and Mr. Sunil Jhaveri. Drawing from her experience at BCCI and Citibank, Monica brought valuable banking insights, while Sunil, a qualified Chartered Accountant, had extensive financial expertise.

Company Overview

MSJ Capital started as a boutique advisory firm, specializing in serving treasuries of banks, large corporates, and financial institutions—a niche and highly competitive market. Their distinctive approach (“Think Hatke” ideas), perseverance, and ability to innovate became central to their success. From 2021 onwards MSJ Capital shifted their focus to manage funds of HNIs, UHNIs and Family Office funds.
