• MSJ Capital has been leader in switching from one product to another to suit market requirements

• Started with active trading in units of UTI(Unit Trust of India) 1964 scheme & tax free bonds.

• Switched to placement of preference shares of corporates with other corporates, banks & institutions as sec 80 M of the Income Tax Act was removed for units of UTI 1964 scheme & became applicable to dividend on preference shares.

• Thereafter MSJ Capital did placement of short term & long term debt like inter corporate deposits, placement of corporate debentures.

• Since the year 1999 became active in mutual fund advisory and has been successfully advising corporates, banks & financial institutions on advising timely investments/ disinvestments in mutual fund schemes & changing from one asset class to the other.

• This change of product profile alongwith a very trim & fit organisation has been responsible for the success of MSJ Capital in both adverse & good markets.
